Automatic Controllers, Solenoid Control Valves

Rainflow use a varying range of Toro Electronic Sequence Controllers, from Residential 4 station models (expandable to 8 stations) to Residential/Commercial units with up to 48 stations.

The Controllers are available with indoor or outdoor cabinets and have (according to the model) 3 - 4 independent programmes, with 3 - 16 start times per programme.

The Controllers could not be easier to programme. Each set nightly watering cycle will start and stop the pumpset, via a 240volt/24volt coil contactor and also activate each 24volt Solenoid Remote Control Valve in sequence (sprinkler zones) via low-voltage multicore cable simultaneously installed with the water distribution pipes.

The Solenoid Remote Control Valves are installed  together with isolating gate valves (upstream) within underground valve chambers.

The Controllers have the facility of multiple programming, using any combination of weekdays or day intervals, also, multiple starting and provides manual operation when required, without affecting the automatic programme.

Seasonal variations in climate do not necessitate re-programming the Controller, as a simple seasonal adjust facility, allows timing to be increased or decreased in ten percent increments.
